CAMPING CHECK-in & CHECK OUT

 
THURSDAY, 10/10/24, 12PM – 8PM 
 
FRIDAY, 10/11/24, 8AM – 4PM 
 
SATURDAY, 10/12/24 NO ENTRY 
 
SUNDAY, 10/13/24 CHECK OUT BY 12PM
 
 
Upon check-in, your RV and/or trailer will be thoroughly inspected, and you will be provided with your 8 camping wristbands.

Additional wristbands will not be provided or available for purchase, so do not lose them!

These wristbands will allow you access into the campgrounds.

Please Note:
• There are NO assigned RV spaces. If you would like to park next to your friends or family, please arrive together.
• Wagon train RV Camping is allowed Thursday 10/10/24 ONLY.
• Upon purchase of a campsite, a separate link will be emailed or texted to the purchaser for access to purchase a companion parking pass. Companion parking is NOT included in your camping package.

• ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED.

This list is strictly enforced and all vehicles and patrons are subject to search. Please read this list in its entirety prior to arriving to the festival.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS containers of any size (this includes your alcohol containers)
  • GLASS ANYTHING
  • Weapons of any kind* (guns, ammo, machetes, pocketknives, pepper spray, tasers, etc.) *Off-duty law enforcement with concealed carry weapon permits are allowed. Must show badge.
  • Drug paraphernalia or drugs
  • Metal tools including hammers, mallets etc.
  • Metal tent stakes (plastic tent stakes allowed only)
  • Animals will not be allowed in the campgrounds. Entry will be denied. Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; however, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away
  • Fireworks, paper lanterns or any type of explosives
  • Unauthorized vending of any kind is allowed
  • Drones (with or without cameras) or any unmanned flying vehicle
  • Box trucks, cube trucks, utility type trailers, ATV’s, Golf Carts, Dirt Bikes, mopeds, or other motorized vehicles will not be permitted on site
  • Open flame campfires of any kind will be permitted. Propane firepits are OK (Must have 3ft clearance of any mulch or wood chips).
  • Amplified sound musical equipment
  • Tiki torches
  • Tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous
  • Balloons
  • Hoverboards or motorized scooters
  • Cameras with detachable lens
  • Laser pointers
  • Axes
  • Spare vehicle batteries
  • Chains/chain wallets
  • Dumbbells/kettlebells/weight plates
  • Promotional items or wrapped vehiclesSpray paint
  • Scissors, tools, or sporting equipment (bats, clubs, sticks, metal)
  • Disruptive symbols including Confederate flags, racially disparaging symbols, and other inappropriate imagery/public displays
  • Furniture (sofas, couches, recliners, lazy boys, mattresses)
  • Hay bales or large props
  • Slip n slides

Each person over the age of 21 with a valid Camping Wristband may enter the Campground with two (2) total of the following items (not two (2) of each item):

    • Case of beer (cans only; no glass)
    • Liquor in plastic, sealed original bottle
    • Boxed wine

❌ No glass (including beer/wine/liquor bottles)
❌ Alcohol in glass containers is not allowed and may be transferred into another non-glass container
❌ No drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed

If anyone in the vehicle is under the age of 21, organizers reserve the right to deny entry unless alcohol is surrendered.
